Trade Shows Going Green? High Interest; Low Adoption

Exhibitor Magazine has released results of its new research, cutely titled: "An Inconvenient Booth: The Economic Impact of the Green Movement on the Trade Show Industry, Trend Report No. 1." The study covers current trends and attitudes “about Green and sustainable exhibiting, motivational factors, and buying plans.”

In Short:

  • 62% of corporate exhibitors want Green options and Green product lines are available. 
  • Green options mean 26% higher costs and a 10% increase is what most feel is acceptable.
