Expanding Event Design

There are many avenues available when approaching the design of a show, creating the opportunity for a show to carry a new look every year.  While evolving style is never a negative attribute of a show’s design, Kara Horner explores the option of crafting a branded design approach for shows.  In her article, Horner profiles the American Academy of Dermatology, who opted to lend their brand design to their annual show’s design, in lieu of designing around show location.  Ultimately, the organization found a more cohesive branding approach through not only their show floor, but also their Web site and meeting materials.
