Finding the right people to staff your booth can be difficult. In your selection process, beware of four types that can bring your team DOWN.

D: Drinks Too Much:

Heavy-duty partygoers think no one notices their red eyes, sagging body language, and lack of energy after a long night of drinking — attendees do!

O: Over the Marriage Vows:

Some staffers think that the tradeshow floor is a place to look for romance. They chat up every good-looking woman or man that passes by. Not a way to create the right impression about your company!

W: Wants to be Somewhere Else:

With a sales territory to watch over, messages to check, clients to visit, appointments to make, these employees view tradeshows as a distraction. Leave them behind!

N: Needs to be the Center of Attention:

By dominating the booth, physically crowding attendees, and "throwing out" all kinds of information so others are forced to listen, this type neglects to learn what the attendees’ need and want. Annoying and alienating, nothing can empty out your booth faster than this type!
