Nimlok Tradepoints:
Have Others Assess Your Exhibit

Before you spend big bucks on either refurbishing or buying a brand-new exhibit, have others assess what you presently own. Select a group of people such as other employees, customers, vendors, etc. whose opinions you respect and who you know will give you objective feedback. Make your group as varied as possible to learn from many different perspectives. Send them photos of your booth and graphics along with a questionnaire for feedback. Let them know the central focus and goal of your exhibit and exhibit marketing program.

Design a questionnaire to include questions such as:

  • What are your overall impressions?
  • What do you like/dislike about…? (Get feedback on every aspect of the exhibit including company image, color, logo, graphics, messaging, etc.)
  • What suggestions would you make for changes based on our focus?

Use the results to determine what would be the best changes to make.
