After the Show PR

One of the ways to stay in touch with customers and prospects after the show is through the media. Send out post-show press releases reporting trends, statistics or information on significant newsworthy information or orders that resulted from the show.

For your prospects or customers, create a state-of-the-industry report based on your observations at the show, or put together a tips booklet and send it out or offer it free in response to a post-show mailing. If one of your colleagues gave a presentation at the show, you could send an audiocassette tape of the presentation or interesting interviews that took place during the show.

Make sure that you include valuable show information in your company newsletter and on your Website.
