Market Your Show Participation

You should always be looking for different ways to market your show participation. A "no-brainer" idea is to include tag lines or banners in your existing ads such as: "Come see us at Booth 1758 at the All Products Expo." This tag line should also appear on your Website and be printed on every piece of mail that leaves your office, including invoices. An inexpensive way to do this is either with pre-printed labels, which you could easily produce on your own printer, or by having a rubber stamp made. Wherever possible, consider offering free exhibit passes to your existing customers and hot prospects, as well as offering an enticing incentive to stop by your booth. However interesting and exciting your products may be, people are always interested in "what's in it for them." Give them a good reason to take time to stop.
